Who we are

BHAG Consulting AB is a MedTech commercial advisory firm based in Kungsbacka, Greater Gothenburg, Sweden. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@bhag.se.

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on a potential engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Form processing. The contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which receives the data you submit in order to deliver it to us. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Scheduling. If you book a call, scheduling is handled through Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes the details you enter there under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics. This site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is a local flag recording your cookie-banner choice. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

Confidential information

Please do not include target-identifying or otherwise confidential deal information in the contact form. If your inquiry concerns a live transaction, ask us for an NDA and a secure channel first.

How long we keep data

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete it when it no longer serves that purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to our processing, and request data portability. Contact info@bhag.se to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
